No! It's absolutely free to join our RemodelingAffiliate.com Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.
How does the program work?
There are three options available to our Affiliates:
- We will provide you with a tracking link to use to send visitors to www.needcontractor.com. Simple text for the link such as “Find a Contractor” or “Get a quote on your home remodeling project” works well for these links. We also have several banner ads to choose from if you prefer a more visual link to our site.
- If you have XML skills:
You can create your own forms and simply send us leads through XML. - If your site accepts javascript:
We will provide you a custom generated HTML code to insert within your web page.
This code will show our form within your own web site design.
In addition, the form is fully customizable! There are several designs available and you only propose the project types you want. Your visitor will never leave your site to post a project request!

What information do you need me to capture for each qualified lead?

Which leads will I get paid for?
We will pay you for all leads that are qualified as ‘valid’ leads. In order to be considered a ‘valid’ lead, a lead must contain all of the necessary fields, as outlined above. In addition, a lead must be excluded from any of our invalid reason codes, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Am I able to offer your services by more than one Web site?
Yes, leads that you send to us can be generated from multiple sites, as long as each lead contains all of the necessary fields, as outlined above. In the Affiliate Members Area simply update your information with each domain that you will be using to send us leads.
Am I able to refer customers to you that live outside of the United States?
At this point in time, we are only able to offer our services to customers who reside in the United States.
Are there any restrictions?
There are cases where we cannot allow certain sites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. At our sole discretion, we may reject your website for content unsuitable for our program. Unsuitable sites include those that promote sexually-explicit materials, violence, illegal activities and discrimination. We will also disapprove sites that violate intellectual property rights.
Please note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined to be inappropriate for the program, we may terminate our relationship at our sole discretion.

How soon can I place links on my Web site and start earning commissions?
Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive a Welcome Email which will provide you with the necessary steps to access our RemodelingAffiliate.com Program – Members Area. Here you will find all of the necessary information to begin sending us leads and earning income!
How do I add banners and text images to my Web site?
Within the members section of the affiliate site there are instructions on how to generate text links, banner ads as well as creating a form widget.
Tracking, Payment and Reporting
How do I know how much commission I have earned?
Upon acceptance into the RemodelingAffiliate.com Program, you will be able to earn revenue immediately! We provide you with all of the tools necessary to get up and running. You will be able to track your leads for the status of the lead in real-time. At any given time, your lead will fall into one of three categories: valid, invalid or pending. All leads will be considered pending until they have been approved as either valid or invalid. It may take up to seven business days to classify a lead as either valid or invalid. If your lead is considered invalid, we will provide you with an appropriate reason code so you will know exactly why it was deemed invalid.

How do I get paid?
We pay all of our commissions via Paypal. You must have a Paypal account to be part of The Remodeling Affiliate Program. If you do not already have a Paypal account simply visit, www.paypal.com, and click on the ‘Sign Up Now’ button. It is a free, secure and fast way to receive your commissions!
When do I get paid?
We pay all Affiliates by the 10th of every month. The RemodelingAffiliate.com Program reserves the right to withhold payment until such time as such affiliate's aggregate commissions exceed $50.00 USD.
Do you offer extra incentives for higher performers?
Absolutely! Initially, all new affiliates will have their overall performance tracked, including looking at the quality and amount of leads produced. Once we have been able to actively track and analyze this data, there may be a discussion about new opportunities to generate more income. We are always ready to award high performing affiliates!
